I'm a die hard NYC by the slice fan. But I must be jaded in my old age as most NYC by the slice pizza shops suck these days.

So more often than not I'm grabbing a square. This place does a great upside down square as well!

Spyderco should do this. M390 might be more than adequate. Handle could be 1 piece to aid in clean up. I'd buy one.

I have come to use the ulu for pizza slicing and learning it makes a hellva chopper. It is used along side of my chef knife which is what I USED to use to slice pizza.

Decided to top my frozen pizza with some red peppers half way in.NICE burn pizza but it at least has an extra crispy crust
