My little brother gave me this knife YEARS ago and it somehow got lost. Shoved away in drawers and then boxes when we moved only to be found recently. Can anyone help me identifying this knife? Curious as to what the box and labeling says. Thanks so much!

The knife brand is Kiyo Tsuna 清綱。
It also says Jousaku 上作 Deluxe made.
Also says Fukugou Stainless 複合ステンレスmeaning Stainless San Mai
Also says 本鍛造 genuine forged construction

All that stuff on the box doesn't tell you anything. It just says Cooking Knife.
Oh and that little triangle warning saying not to be used for other than cooking.

ChefKnivesToGo sells that brand currently, listed as "Kiyotsuna Josaku", and has similar knives in stock that look like they are from the same family. AUS-8A steel on the others that look like it.
