The significant differences in blade styles and intended uses leaves me thinking a show knife is the primary reason you want one, not what you plan on using it for.
Just taking the Striders, a Tanto SnG and RCC have different abilities in cutting. The RCC with it's high drop point and bellied blade will do a lot better in utility cutting - boxes, field dressing game, etc. The tanto blade SnG is a tougher penetrator, but the double finger choils are intended for finely detailed use. I believe the blade style is wrong for the grip, and the number of tantos on the market bears out most buyers are looking for the drop point. It's a lot scarcer. So the tanto Sng is for looks in a user market.
Contrast these two with the Offset, and confusion sets in. Add more, and I get lost on what you want - except that they are all high dollar knives. So a show knife seems to be the plan. As most people haven't a clue about knife values, a Kershaw Blue Bump would impress them more than a Sebenza.
Help us clear this up.
