I apologize if this has already been discussed, but what are the differences between the Böker Plus line and Böker Magnum line? They're both made in China, correct? Which is worse?

The Magnum is their low end line while the Plus is considered the mid range. As far as I know, Boker isn't directly involved in the design of the Magnum line but simply brands knives designed in China. On the other hand the Plus is designed by Boker and its various collaborators, but the production process is outsourced in order to cut costs.

Also, some of the Boker Plus line is made in Taiwan.

At least the Jim Burke Mini-Resurrection and the Kalashnikov 101.

The Magnum are real cheap entry level knives. They are good value for money but, most people will be better off spending a little more money unless they aren't going to use the knife very often.

The Plus line is really good. You are getting high quality knife with cheaper production costs at a moderate price point. For a real user, the Boker Plus line offers a lot of value for the money and you will have a knife of good quality.
