Looking to sell my POF P308 to fund another project, it's a Gen 3 with a 20" barrel, all black, piston operated, comes with factory hard case and 1 20rd Magpul PMAG.
This is a build rifle. I bought the Gen 3 lower stripped when I was redoing an older rifle, then just got over what I was doing and purchased the Gen 3 upper from POF. The upper is POF, same with the lower and the receiver extension (POF makes great extensions BTW). Trigger is a 2 stage Armalite AR10, if I remember right I bought the pivot and takedown pins from Hogan, and can't remember who the other pins and springs were from, CMMG possibly. Stock is a Magpul CTR.
The P308 is the smoothest 308 platform 308 AR I've ever shot, with their piston system and muzzle break, recoil feels like a 5.56 and they're extremely durable rifles. Total round count is low, I had this set up as a long range system that I never had the chance to shoot with a PRS and long range scope. Put the carbine extension system on and for my purposes a 20" 308 with a suppressor is a little long. Has had aprox. 250 rounds through it.
Rifle is extremely clean and the only "marks" is some wear around the ejection port where the ano has been scuffed off.
The rifle does NOT come with the Saker brake, I'll swap it to the factory POF brake and jam nut
