I'm planning to buy a Milwaukee Portable Band Saw with a Swag V3.0 Table. Does anyone have experience with that table? What brand blades are the best for cutting M390 and other Stainless Steels? I read somewhere that the Lenox 1/2" , 14-16 TPI, Di-Master II is a very good blade. Any comments? Would you guys recommend the Milwaukee 6232-21? The best price I have found for a Milwaukee 6232-21 is $269, Full Freight Allowed, from Acme Tools. Does anyone know where I can get a better price?

I have the SWAG table that I use with a DeWalt deep cut portaband. The SWAG table is fantastic - rock solid and well made (I have the model that you clamp in a vice).

I have a Milwaukee Porta-Band. There are limits on size of sheets you can cut as has been said. I have a SWAG stand too. I like mine. I have a 9" Horizontal saw at work for big cuts.

I too own a Dewalt 10a deep throat saw with the original Swag table. For a small saw this setup is awesome. You will not be disappointed.

I also have the dewalt/swag table combo. so far it has cut everything I have needed it to.

I have the V3.0 SWAG table with a Milwaukee band saw. It does have it's limitations, of course, but it is a really nice little set-up. It is extremely sturdy and has small holes on the feet so you can mount it to a table.

While the quality may not be that great, I would get the pedal switch from them when ordering (it's the same pedal Harbor Freight sells, but bought with the table it is a bit cheaper and you won't have to pay separate shipping). I didn't and kind of wish I had. I ended up just wiring a regular switch for the bandsaw to plug into so it is more convenient to use.

Swag Table is great I have the Milwaukee and DeWalt would be the route I would go if I did it again. I have replaced the Lower Blade guide 3 times already. any small pieces that drop below the table get pinched between the blade and the guide >> BREAK << I actually have a few on hand it happens so much.

I have the deep Milwaukee and the v4 stand. Stand is a bit wobbly side to side but nothing that a few wide pieces of material couldn't stiffen up. My legs are rusting a bit so they will need to get some can paint. I like the setup with the Lenox m42 blades. The foot pedal from hf is really needed for ease of use and safety. I put an incra v120 miter gauge and it works great. Initially the miter gauge track was too wide and Troy exchanged the top for another one that was tighter. Now all works well.

Dewalt and Swag all the way. Mine works hard. 163 blades at ht right now.

I have the newer harbor freight model and a swag table. I just got it setup a couple weeks ago, but have been using the Harbor freight saw for a while. With good blades it works great.

I have the new Harbor Freight saw and Swag table, too. Great combination. I'm still on the original blade, but am trying my darndest to wear it out. Cutting all kinds of stuff with it.

I think the table cost more than the saw.

I have the Milwaukee Deep Cut Portable Variable Speed Band Saw 6232-20 and the Swag V4.0, and it is a must have now that I have it. I screwed mine down to the bench and it is rock solid.

I have the Milwaukee Deep Cut Portable Variable Speed Band Saw with the SWAG table too. Very nice, wish I would have gotten the powder coated table though.

The Milwaukee model has a deep cut of 5 inches ...the same as the deep cut Dewalt. I bought one when I got a free shipping deal from Northern tools. I love Dewalt tools also so I would buy either depending on the price. Both are excellent portabands in my opinion. Larry PS I use Swag table with my Milwaukee and it works great with Lennox 14/16 blades. LL
