Hi Terry, How thick is pix #1? Is it full tang? Hardness...55-59rc? Thanks!

The blade is 1/4" thick, rat tail tang. Hardness is up there. My small file won't even scratch the blade it just slides right off.

Terry, does #1 have bolsters? Is it still sold enough to be used? Will the point take some prying?

It has a forged steel bolster. This knife is sturdy, but I wouldn't pry with the tip. As hard as it is tempered it would snap off the tip. I have chopped with it before with no problems at all.
