That hapstone adapter is genius. Can you turn the “wings” out for wider grip on linger knives?

Yeah, those clamps can be repositioned any way you like. Either inwards & side by side to act like one big center clamp, or outward for longer blades.

Check out my first video above, around 2:04 and you'll see how the clamps can be repositioned.

I designed the adapter, but Gritomatic is producing them and they will decide on pricing and release date (which I think should be soon).
