Question on Buck SPA treatment

Havas buck stopped using the spa form? Last two I sent in required a form. Checked recently but could not locate the form.
Thanks

When I last sent a knife for SPA treatment, they contacted me by email after they received the knife (it was a couple of weeks after the knife was actually delivered to them), and I called and gave them billing info at that time, per the email.

The instructions on the Buck website state to either send a check or money order with the knife and repair form
or
call in with your credit card information when you get the email that they have started processing your knife.

I have always sent a check but you have a choice of how and when you want to pay.

OK, thanks all. I am packaging up 6 112s for a trip to the SPA. I think I'll just wait for a call and do it by CC.

I have used the Spa 2-3 times and never received any kind of communication. I sent a 110 on 1-10 and not heard a peep. 😮🤨

Please note that Buck won't call you. You have to call them when you receive the email stating that they have started processing your knife.

Hopefully, you will get the email considering what John just posted above. I have gotten the email both times I used the Spa but that's obviously not the case for everyone.

The paying instructions are listed under "Step #3" when you click on the "Buck's Forever Warranty" tab at the bottom of the homepage.

I have always received the email stating they are processing my knife but it can take quite a while.
One time I waited almost 2 months.
The shortest time ever was maybe 2 weeks.

I recently asked Customer Service about the spa treatment and they were quite insistent that all you need to do is ship the knives (fixed blades in sheaths) to Buck and include a check for $6.95 each and just wait. I think that demanding credit card payment adds people and expense to what they want to keep as a very simple process.

The knife repair form on Buck's website reads:

So today I got my e-mail that my (actually my sons) 110 is in the Spa queue. Looking forward to seeing it done as it was a real turd. I know it will be perfect when I get it!!

When did you send it in?

I've got a while, then.
Sent two in on 2./18/23 for possible blade replacement/Spa and a Warranty on 3/1/23 for a blade going into the side.
I'd better order a knife in the meantime to cheer me up.
