Now I have “fish the knife out of the pocket with one hand, drop what I’m cutting to use two hands to take it out of the sheath and open it, cut something, drop it again to close the knife and reinsert into sheath” problems

Since I mentioned it on this thread and my wife has no interest in knives: here’s my first (and last?) attempt at a kydex sheath with a leather inlay. It’s apparently a lot harder to do an inlay on kydex than all leather.
It was 125f in my front courtyard yesterday afternoon, 120f this afternoon. I worked outside all day both days.

Cuz let's face it, a Sebenza, as awesome as they are from a mechanical simplicity stand point, their edges do get wrecked if you blink.
