    We recently signed the kids up for a paper route. In my area there are 5 routes available. I guess no one wants to deliver papers anymore.

    Add to that my kids all have pen pals, I’m starting to feel old.

    There is a greater gap in time between now and when I graduated high school, and when man walked on the moon and I graduated high school. Think on that a moment you other Gen xers

    BTW, Gen X period is defined as: 1965 - 1980 which makes the jokester himself a Gen X'er :D

    I graduated from high school with 2 courtesy Ds on my report card. One was in physics. I don't remember the other one. I could do the work, but I was lazy. (Still am) My wife wasn't great in school either. My dad was kicked out of school in the 8th grade. Something about pushing the boy's vice principle down a flight of stairs.

    Our children are different. My son has a PhD in physics. His field of study was cosmology. (No, he doesn't do makeup:rolleyes:) My daughter has a MS in genetic counciling. I don't know where they got it. It must be recessive genes or something.

    I may not be good a book learnin', but I has a t-shirt.
