RAT Pack Badges

I was just checking on mine since I haven't received it yet. I'm pretty sure I sent the email on the 31st of January. If you are backed up, no big deal. I just wanted to make sure you got the email.

cpofficer, you need to be a member of the ratpack first please read the directions in the ratpack number sticky.

946-949 were not assigned, so that would push the 1001, 1002, 1003 and 1004 down and make them eligible for badges (barely)

If they do get pushed down I would be lucky enough to get a badge as I am 1004! :D

is there any word on the reasoning behind this? (didn't find any directions concerning that matter...)
if it's cost - i'm sure there would be a way to overcome that!
