Ravencrest?

Consensus is not good.

I've never owned one. I have a friend with one and i was unimpressed.

I see the company every year at an outdoor expo. The otfs are hit or miss with deployments failing 25 percent of the time,.....but the salesman said that's why they have a lifetime warranty!

Not the answer you may want to hear but the Microtechs are the way to go.

They are literally re-branded DH Gate automatic knives, they only say they are assembled in the US as importing the finished product would violate the Federal Switchblade laws..... But just search for microtech OTF on DH Gate and you can find every single knife Raven Crest sells for about $30 or so generally. We have a Raven Crest dealer set up at one of the bigger gun shows in Indiana so last year I brought him a DH Gate Auto and he could not tell the difference which confirmed my suspicions.

If you want a cheap OTF Lightning is the way to go, anything past that just go with Microtech as unlike Benchmade they still have good QC

I picked up a couple of otf knives that look like Ravencrest but don't have a brand on them at the Ft worth gun show. I had bought one a couple of years ago from the same vendor. Haven't had them fail to deploy even once. The don't hold a great edge but for cheap they are much better than a lightning, i've got one of those too.
