   I don’t know what rave more about, excellent customer service or exceeded product expectations. This was THE smoothest transaction. Scott is great! I ordered my Buffalo Blade on 22nd of September and it was delivered today! I was updated on progress, including picture updates, along the way and even had a phone conversation with Scott. Communication is outstanding, customer service is superb and overall experience is a pleasure! I am already back in line for my next order.

CAUTION:

THIS GENTLEMAN UNDERPROMISES AND OVERDELIVERS!!!

Thank you Scott!

i had the opposite with them trying to order a microtech.

new graham got me the knife i wanted in no time at all.

Wait a minute, I am sure we're talking about two different companies/people. Razorback Knives is custom knifemaker. Whoever you dealt with has nothing to do with Scott.

Yes, Scott is first class.

Now you get to have some fun with one of his great knives.:D

Chazz, I think you got Scott confused with someone else.;)

Robbie Roberson;)

I'm not the Razorback Knives you are referring to. There is another RBK in Texas. They are a factory knife internet dealer. I'm a custom knife maker.

Thanks Stepa.;) Great to hear of your satisfaction with the knife. Keep me up to date with performance. That's my favorite part about making knives, hearing how they work in the field.

No sweat chazz. There is another RBK. As a matter of fact, they got the domain name I wanted before me that's why I have a - between Razorback and Knives. I've had the RBK trade name registered in Maryland for 8 years. It's only protected in my state. Any other business can use it in another state but not in Maryland.

I think this post deserves to stay here simply to avoid future misunderstandings associated with name confusion.

Scott is a great knife maker and a good guy to boot. Everybody in MD, DE, PA, DC, NJ and, hell, on the east coast, come and meet the bearded one at the Chesapeake custom Knife show in a couple weeks. Just don't take Scotts huge camp knife with the buffler horn handles, thats for me ;).
