Re branding but same old crapy screws?

After a recent thread on here about SOG re-branding, I also happened across a BHQ video and kinda started taking a second look.

But then I noticed that you guys are still using the same crappy style pivot screw that was on my Flash 2.
As a watchmaker I pride myself on not stripping screws. But the flash pivot screw is the only one I have ever stripped on over 50+ knives I have come to own! The metal is extremely soft and the torx diameter is too small for a pivot screw.

Its the small details like ease of maintenance that will win customers back. And cheap screws are not the way to go.

Yeah I just noticed on my new SOG Tac XR, they actually used T6 Torx screws for the pivot. That is mind boggling, especially since they used T8 pivot screws on the much smaller Terminus XR. I just cannot understand why they would do this?? I mean it can't cost more than a few extra pennies per knife to use T8 instead of T6.
