Real? Benchmade 537GY CPM-3V

New to the forum. Do have memberships in other hunting, reloading, etc forums.

I've recently been bitten by the Benchmade bug and purchased a number of knives both new and used. I've eyeballed the subject knife. Screws are rounded and centered, grind on blade looks OK, butterfly mark seems right. The standoff is black and I think it should be grey. The box cover folds look right but there is no date (I've read some early ones don't). May I please have some opinions on authenticity?

What makes you think it’s fake? A better picture of the whole knife would help.

Well the standout is black and I believe it should be gray. One other thing. I loosened the pivot screw and it spun on the blank side.
 
I don't point out the issues much anymore because I don't want to give the counterfeiters pointers, but one clear issue is the hole for the clip screw and for the pommel screw on the non-clip side running into each other. That's just bad.
 
Comparing to the photos at knifecenter, the butterfly is farther from the thumbstud and the top clip screw hole is closer to the bottom screw. The pivot screw spinning is a very bad sign.

Its a great knife. I own two variations. The 3v amd m4 with green aluminum scales. I swapped the pommels between the two, I think it goes better.
 
I still want to pick up a 3V version myself. And I'm tempted by the new colorways coming this year on the aluminum models. It's a great knife. Thin and light but with an ample handle, and a nice and slicey blade.
 
I found a 3V Grivory version in a local shop for $166 so I grabbed it. I love my M4 aluminum version and I really like this one too. It's crazy light for a full size knife.
