Going to buy a new Reare Torrent .l was getting ready to pull the pin when l realized that the M390 version has stonewashed flats.I really wanted satin grinds on the entire blade.There is one with a complete satin blade but Rwl-34 any advice on which is more collectible and desirable thanks

IIRC RWL-34 is comparable to CPM 154. I would consider M390 the better steel. I personally would choose the better steel over the satin/stonewashed issue, but that is me.
If I had to guess, the M390 version would be more desirable in the long term.

The RWL models are hand-rubbed satin, if I recall correctly. Those will likely be the more collectible versions.
That said, the M390 variants have arguably better steels and finishes, as they will show less wear and perform better in use.
It sounds like you want it for collection / display purposes, though, and the hand-rubbed satin is probably the best fit for you.
