Can anyone recommend a few Bark River knife models to me, for use as an EDC? Something around 3.5" would be good.

Have also been considering a Fallkniven F1, so that size/style would be a good reference.

There are just too many Bark River models for me to sort through, and I figured someone around here might know more easily. Specifically interested in Bark River, so no other makers at this time, please.

Thanks! :)

Mini Kephart. Unless you need something for heavy duty work. Been EDCing one for almost three years now. Great slicer and the 3V stays sharp a long time. Doesn't look "intimidating" so social acceptance is good.

Edit: If something a little beefier is what you want, the North Country EDC is another excellent choice, though I find it a bit on the heavy side for pocket carry.

I have four in this category, the PSK in CPM Cru-Wear, the Mini Tundra in Elmax and the Ultra Lite Bushcrafter in both Elmax and CPM 3V. My rampless Gunny Hunter (3V) is a bit big, but might still qualify as winter EDC. I used the Mini Tundra as my only knife for a full month without any issues. They are all good, all highly recommended.

1. Featherweight Fox River
2. Mini Kephart
3. Bumblebee

+1 for the mini Kephart. Probably my favorite Bark River knife.

Donnybrook is pretty cool too, however a little less sheeple friendly.

I really tried to like the Fox River, but the handle to blade ratio it’s just off for me aesthetically. If you like it though it’s functionally a great knife.

Check out Bark River and its owner in the GooD Bad and Ugly forum.

The Bark River City knife was never designed by Bob Loveless. Check out the real deal and you'll see th Barkie version is not at all a Loveless design. The fact they used his name after Bob died is proof of the kind of business they are. Most retailer's sales copy doesn't claim a Loveless connection because there isn't one.

1. Bravo EDC in 3V.
2. Mini Aurora in 3V if the little extra length isn't a problem.

PS. I know some folks aren't a few of Mike Stewart. Too each their own.
