Recommendations for Bowl Adze

Hello folks,

I’m looking for a good quality bowl adze. Does anyone here have a recommendation on what brand/model/custom they’ve found to be most worthwhile? I’m good with either production or custom options, all I care about is that it’s a reliable tool.

I highly recommend the curbed bowl adzes (3 different cuve options) sold by Mr. Ivan Tasev ( also known as Mapsyst) who is a well known member here. He is located in Sofia, Bulgaria and shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, with 2 weeks being the typical.

He sells hos axes and adzes on Amazon, Etsy, and several websites:

Axessivve. com
There are some differences which models are available on a specific site, so I would check them all.
I have his straight woodworking adze and I am very satisfied eith that adze.
He has many positive reviews on several forums as well.
 
Another option is Svante Djarv. Typically hard to find, but there was a restock earlier this year at the link below. Couple different adze options available. Shipping to the US is normally pretty quick.
