Red Leuku

Hello guys , Happy new year to you all ! Holidays are over and it's time to get back in the workshop. Here is the first one for this year. A leuku with forged spring steel blade by my blacksmith friend - Nikolai Nikolov. At first when the owner of the knife told me that he want the red maple stock for the handle I was a bit sceptical , but now I think he made a good choice.

Steel - 60C2 58-59 HRC.
OAL - 376mm (~14.8")
Blade - 245Х35Х5mm (~9.6x1.4x0.2") flat grinds with micro secondary bevel
Blade - finish - p800
Handle - stabilized maple and bronze
Leather sheath with wooden inlay
