Based on Jordan's posts here, they're as surprised by this outcome as we are. DLT is an awesome store.

We are working with our provider right now, we are extremely frustrated with this result, we were assured that our traffic this morning would not be a problem. Everything possible is being done to resolve this ASAP.

Very true. I apologize, things could be worse in life than not getting a knife.
After a short breather, I realize it's not being done on purpose and in the grand
scheme of things, we all have it pretty good if this is what "ruins" a day.
