Reizen Atomic Talking watch
I bought this for my grandfather who is vision impaired, but he didn't care for it because it doesn't auto announce the time at every hour. It's considered a medical aid and can't be returned (according to Amazon). It's not a bad looking watch, and I have my Suunto Core All Black in the picture for a size comparison. Pretty standard adult male size and style. Comes with original packaging and instructions.

This Atomic Radio-Controlled Talking Watch incorporates a highly sensitive radio receiver that receives time signals every day at 3:00AM from the Germany (DCF), UK (MSF), USA (WWVB) and Japan (JJY 60Khz) time signal transmitters located in these countries. You may also cue the watch to attempt to receive the signal on demand. When the signal is received your watch time is adjusted accordingly.
Important Note: The atomic function and calendar will not operate in Alaska or Hawaii because the watch cannot communicate with the US National Institute of Standards and Technology Atomic Clock from these states. However, it may still be used in those two states as a regular 'manual-set' watch.
