I can't get the torx screws on my blur to move with all my strength and I'm scared to strip them. What should I do? These are insanely tight screws.

Maybe they are secured with Loctite? Try heating with a soldering iron to loosen.
It's stripped. If they made the stupid torx screws half as tough as the blades they wouldn't get stripped. I slip once trying to remove it and the whole damn head is ruined. And the torx bit is slightly tweaked now too. Crappy way to start the weekend.
At this point I would very carefully use a dremmel to cut a slot into the screw and remove with a flat head.

Send it back to Kershaw before you do something you will really regret, they have great customer service, and they overtightened it, soooo...![]()
