I sent in a Native in 110sv for service. It had a chipped point, and needed to be fixed. It also had a pivot screw that I sheared off when trying to adjust and center the blade. Received the knife back, and the pivot screw has not been changed, (requested in my return) but the chip and sharpening has been addressed. The knife was sent back with a $20 bill in the package. (would rather have the pivot screw repaced as requested) Spyderco is being VERY accommodating, but why didn't they replace the pivot screw? Will be calling the repair shop on Monday...
