Reports on Gerber Armbar Drive?

Fairly new multitool. Looks decent for a minimalist unit. Wondering if anybody has experience with it:

I haven't handled one. I like the minimal design, but I find Gerbers just a tad underwhelming in terms of build quality and really don't care for the blade shape.

That said, that bottle opener, pry bar, and hammer is really well thought out. That's probably my favorite feature.

I have an Armbar Drive and it's definitely different and not too bad for the money, however there was one very big disappointment for me. The hex drive does not lock open, nor is it really even held open very well by any kind of spring or catch. I was very surprised to find this was not addressed in the design and engineering process. This could have been a very novel minimal multitool but now instead of getting any time in my edc rotation, it sits in my pencil holder at my home office for opening letters and boxes...

Thanks for the replies. I read about the nonlocking hex drive. That’s kind of a bummer. I also wish it had a pocket clip.

Yeah, I forgot about that. Why wouldn't they put a pocket clip on it????
It actually has two holes on the back that look like there might have been a plan for one, but then maybe they changed their minds or forgot it or...
