Joe Calton RUK (Rough Use Knife) with Burlsource Bog Oak: One of Joe's Rough Use Knife's, done in 52100. Joe developed this line after working with the legendary Ed Fowler. Convex grind to stand up to rough use as the name would apply. He's used his personal one to chisel through ice, cut wire and do all kinds of absurd things. Guard is nickle silver, and handle is a wonderful Ancient Bog Oak, stabilized by BF's own burlsource. Sheath is heavy duty leather with wonderful retention. Never had a chance to use it. I won't be sad if this one doesn't move. (Marks on blade are from oil...blade is dark etched)
