I have an original Rich. Abr. Herder knife that is quite unusual and I was wondering if anybody had any information about this type of knife. I know it was made in Solingen germany by this well known knife maker of the early 19oo. It is unusual to me as it is a folder with a 7.5" blade, it can still be used as a smaller 4" knife when folded. It has a leather sheath and stag handles.
Any input anyone???
Also looking for revue's on the Grayman Merdeca fixed blade and a way to upload pic's to this text

Thanks for any ideas

bohemian that pattern was made by many german companies . i saw them in the malls in several texas towns, nicknamed folding bowies. unusual pattern but not rare.
