Hey everyone,

This is a catch and release. I just picked up this beautiful forged tanto from Rich and it's a beast. As I'm annoyingly picky, it's just not for me. It's literally been with me for less than 24 hours so it's in new condition with a hair-popping sharp edge. It also has one of my favorite touches; while I love kydex I hate how it scratches a blade's finish up. This came with a felt lined molded kydex sheath and it's smooth and quiet as can be. Anyway, I'm looking to get only what I put in at $195.00 shipped conus via Paypal derekschwendeman9@gmail.com. Feel free to contact me with any questions or picture requests as I'm going to include a link to the original sales thread.

Here are his original specs as per his sales thread:
Blade:
Aldos W2 tool steel, .200" thick.
6" cutting edge, 10 1/4" overall length.
Hammer forged and differentially heat treated.
Distal Taper from handle to tip.
Hamon is more impressive in person!

Handle:
Olive drab G10 w/ 316L stainless tubing for pins.

Sheath:
Black Kydex wrapped with Olive drab para-cord, felt lined to protect the finish.

I'll be taking pictures momentarily to update this thread.

Thanks for looking!

Sorry Rick for the terrible photos:

Received the knife this morning, 4 days after it was shipped USPS Priority Mail ("2 day service"). Apparently, the US Postal Service felt obligated to route the package via Atlanta, where it sat for 2 days.

It's a beautiful blade, exactly as described, shipped fast by Phalanx1982.

Thank you, sir!
