I'm letting this one go, I decided a Stainless Chefs knife would be better suited for me.
I picked this one up for an amazing price and am passing that along.
The knife has been used and stropped up to 3K grit. There is patina as should be expected.
There is no rust or edge damage, just normal wear that one would see from a kitchen use. It was stored light oiled (mineral oil) in a homemade saya.
This is extremely well made for the price, the spines is rounded and any edge you fingers come in contact with are also rounded. This is a thinly ground knife, an amazing cutting.
Daniel Rohde makes a fine knife.
Price - $SOLD Shipped in the US. Includes paypal fees.
Please PM me or email me at fq55ls at gmail with any questions.
Specs:
Steel: 1095 Multiple Quench with visible Hamon
Overall: 12 3/4" long
Cutting Edge: 7 3/4" long
Blade width: 1 1/2"
Edge thickness: .005"
Handle: Corian with red G10 liners and Micarta pins
Includes shown ACE carrying case.
