Ronin 2 sheath

Just received my Ronin 2 and the sheath is absolutely horrible there are two hard clunks going in and it's a bear to get out, when I remove the blade there are some shards of kydex on the blade so I guess some excess material was used in the mold?

I had amazon send me a replacement out and I am assuming it will be better but just wondering if there are any ronin 2 owners on here and if so how are your sheaths? Did you have to adjust the tension?

I don't use/carry it often but I've experienced no problems w/mine.

I had one with a sheath that was too loose
