i have a Lansky with 3 diamond honesWhat knife and what is your sharpening method?
S90V is typically harder to sharpen than other stainless steels with less Vanadium in them - but any diamond hone should still make relatively short work of the task.

thanks do you have a knife in s 90vIt will take as fine an edge as you (or your stones) are capable of, and hold that edge for a long time assuming you don't go too thin on your edge angle.
