26cm Pastry Knife . Sanelli designed this for softer breads and cake . We have tried the bread knife ,it has a slightly more aggressive serration, for thick crust /crusty hearty Italian loaves . This knife ,however,IMHO ,could be used for way ,way more than just softer bread .

I DO like those handles.
You may know already ? The handle ,the red is polypropapoline ,and wrapped around ,the green,is santropine . Both materials have a patented infusion, called Biomaster . Silver ions are infused for germ and bacteria prevention. The green and red was studied and they claim it is easy to spot in an overcrowded kitchen enviornment, easier to spot. The design is also studied for ergonomics . This Premana line is ,in my opinion ,the best kitchen knives for the money.

The steel has added vanadium for edge holding ,convex grind for ease of sharpening .
I have many customers already ,that have come back and added knives a second & third order.
Some have ordered multiple sets for friends and family

My wife loves how light they are ,yet they have fantastic balance

I really wish back in the day when I was cooking,I knew about these

This knife above is a 22cm Serrated " Frances " ( butcher) . In my catalogue it says it is for fish cutters . It is a very aggressive cutting knife . I have sold only a few but one individual actually told me he used it on bread. I have used it trimming pineapple . It cuts ,quickly, whatever you are cutting !

Then ,the outer layer green is installed ,this material is " santropene" . Both materials have the Biomaster , safe antibacterial protection . This is patented in Europe & USA

They look very nice! Infusing silver as an antimicrobial seems to becoming more and more popular. Is it common in Italy?
