Hi Folks
Here's something I finished up last week.
This Santoku has a double bevel edge (western style) and will suit a left or right handed person. The handle is a traditional 'Wa' style with bolster (front) in black paper micarta and vulcanised fibre spacers in front of a stabilised red maple burl handle. This Santoku comes with a 'saya' style sheath made of birch and lined with chamois leather to give the blade a snug, plush fit.

Thanks for looking!
