Scale Maker Identification

Hey everyone,

Recently, I observed some spectacular paramilitary 2 micarta scales featured on a youtube video, but unfortunately cannot seem to find the maker of them.

The video is in german so I cannot understand any of it

If any of you speak german and can translate the video, or recognize the scale maker, please let me know.

Cuscadi makes "Nimbus" scales. So most likely them.
