I have one of those. It was my first knife, given to me by my father when I was around five years old (1971). The bail is broken off, there is some white paint on the handle, and the main blade wobbles from side to side a bit when its open, but it otherwise functions well. I saw an ended ebay auction of one of those posted on this forum a while back, and the knife had sold for slightly over $250 if I recall correctly. In fact, the high price was the reason the OP posted, as he was curious why it sold for so much.
Saw one on the bay today with a postage stamp over the button. They made only a few statements about the knife and never said "push button".
