Found this nice example floating around e-bay on a buy it now, pics were not as good as the knife itself, took a chance............It paid off too!! I have not touched the knife, it is just how it came to me.

Rusty - Nice Win!! That's Schrade Calendar quality
I'll have to read up more on the Keen Kutter -- Schrade relationship
Lots of quality steel sold under both names over the years

although I know the popular usage I always switch these styles in my brain. When talking knives, to me a "toothpick" is a large bowie style knife. These are "fisherman" knives. Just me I guess.

Anyway, that one is gorgeous.

Eyegor, A fisherman's knife has a second blade that has a scaler and fish hook remover and sometimes a bottle opener.

Nice 'Pick Russell! Bonus condition!!

I must say I was really pleased when I opened the package, not expecting to find the knife in such good condition. Thanks for the comments all!!

I kinda know what you mean, but I will always remember a saying a good friend of mine---in his 60's now---had "a coke used to be a nickle and I couldn't have one--now they are 50 cents and I can have all I want. Just how soon we forget we could not afford them then, but now we can if we really want it.
