Hello everyone,

I'm asking for your help to find the real life version or a replica of a knife that appears in the video game Battlefield 4.
The knife is called "Precision" and its description is :
"Machined from a single piece of steel, this lightweight dagger is a solid choice for stealing your enemy's dogtags."

Here is an image :

I would like to offer it as a birthday present for a friend.
Thank you for your time and interest !

The only knife I know of that has similar styling is the Steel Will Adept:

Hey OP, I know this one is more streamlined (without the guard/pommel swells) but your pic reminded me of this knife; the TOPS Swat...

Bigger pic of the "Precision", has some neat grinds on it IMHO.

The speed holes in the blade make it look like something from MTech. There may not be an exact real life version of that, seeing as the shape of the tip makes it a bit impractical as a dagger.

Tell that to John Gage & Microtech too plus the makers of the knives posted by myself & Comeuppance... ;)

Hah, I was just thinking that right now, how Microtech has some of the more, uh, creative tip shapes out there. I guess it would work well for digging... :)

LOL! Dying right now laughing... Man, that is spot on.

I do like the design of the video game purely based on the fact it's a one piece integral like the old CRK fixed blades... I have a buddy that's a tool & die machinist may be he can whip one up for me. :D:cool::thumbup:

Microtech is missing a real bet with cross-merchandising towards the outdoorsy crowd by not calling their "jagkommando" the "T.T.S." or Tactical Tent Stake:

"But, but... Wound channels!"

Also, I found the chibi version of the knife the OP is looking for:

^^^ Last post. Wins thread LOL. Geez that is spot on Comeuppance.

My neighbour gave me one of those mini-gladius blades at the bottom to sharpen; what a nightmare...

I am regrinding the entire thing to a full convex; freakishly hard to do because my current skill level, how small the blade is and it is extremely obtuse in terms of the main grind and edge angle. Testing my skill level more than the equipment. :foot::rolleyes::D

It would look interesting in real life. I'd make the handle skeletonized for better weight distribution, maybe change the shape of it a bit. Currently the handle looks like it would be a pain to hold, seems quite square.

This isn't exactly what you are looking for, but if you are willing to settle, you could check around gas station jars and try to find one of these:
