Seiko SNE498 "Solar Tuna"
I bought this black & gilt Seiko Solar Tuna new from Island Watch back in August to ring in what seemed (at the time) to be a promising new season ahead for my beloved New Orleans Saints. Well.....as anyone that with even remotely follows football will know, the Saints have been a total sh*t show this year….like, really bad. While this black & gilt Tuna may not have been exactly a good luck talisman for me, it IS a hell of a good watch. I remain a hardcore, charter member of the WhoDat Nation, but I’m not much on having a black & gold watch on my wrist right now. I need some time to recover….
This Seiko Solar Tuna is in terrific condition, and the only wear on the watch that I can see are some scuffs and light scratches on the polished case back. The black “tuna can” case shroud doesn’t have any wear or marks that I can see, and the crystal is immaculate. Also, I’ve never been a fan of the Seiko lint magnet silicone “accordion” strap that come with this and some of their other budget-oriented watches, so I sold it and then replaced it with a very nice Barton rubber/cordura strap with gilt PVD buckle that perfectly matches the accents on the watch.

This is a little bit of a stretch for BladeForums gadgets & gear, but I have for sale below two nice portable DAC/amp dongles, a Lotoo PAW S2 and an iBasso DC06. Either of these is just what you need for seriously good hifi listening for wired headphones or IEMs with smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Both of these DAC/amps sound great with my Sennheiser IE600 IEMs and HD560S headphones, especially the Lotoo PAW S2, which is absolutely amazing.

This amazing little unit is pretty much like new (maybe a few scuffs on the detachable pocket clip/holder, but that's it). I have all the original packaging, which includes USC-A to USB-C mini-adapter, long USB-A to USB-C cable, and short USB-C to USB-C cable. Also included is a new Lotoo USB-C to Lightning cable, which wasn't included in the S2 package, so I bought it separately.

The edges and corners of the black anodized aluminum shell of this DC06 are slightly dinged here and there, but nothing too bad cosmetically, and functionally everything works great.
