Sending in knife for a tune up??

i have a Todd begg kwaiken flipper that I purchased second hand.
It has been a user and I've put a couple of dings in the blades edge over the years.
The blades black finish is also a little worn.

Is it possible for me to send it in to get a "tune up"??
Could they sharpen out the dings and refinish the blade?
Would they replace the whole blade if I paid them too?
