  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Ok Colin, thanks for the clarification on the grind!

It's a real work horse for sure. A chunk of 3V this big, is a force to be reckoned with!
No problem!

I used the blade for a bit and I likely hold it differently when chopping. I didnt get a hotspot, but once I get the blade back I will make that area nice and rounded!!!
Appreciate the honest feedback!

When I chop, I'll choke down on the handle. As the momentum of the blade swings forward, the back of the handle rolls up into my palm and I felt those edges digging into my palm. Nothing major, but using it to process a ton of wood for an all night fire, it could rub some spots on your palm. Nothing a little sandpaper couldn't fix!

Thanks yall! No extensive use with it yet, but took it out back and built a fire with it. I was really wailing on it through that seasoned Dogwood round. I wouldn't attempt to baton anything bigger. It's large enough to tackle anything you can throw at it though!
