Photos Sharing CRK Art - My CRK Collection

When you started the 1st page of this thread I was thinking to myself "just give her a moment and let her finish up and then spend your congrats" .... But I have learned that this will never stop :))

Therefore: wonderfull collection, well selected and collected in terms of beauty as well as in terms of historical value. Thanks a lot letting us participating into this journey!

Hi, LW,
Thanks for showing us your collection. I share your love for these things, but I only have a couple left any more...and have never owned more than about six or seven at any one time...
I guess that the large box elder has always been my favorite...
Have a nice day.
Don

OK. As of today, my Chris Reeve collection is up to...three! But Ms.Wolf gives us something to aim for. Thanks for the great photos, and info...;-)

Oh it's going to end, and not much long before it does. There's only 3 more major groupings, and so far 2 requested groupings before it's done. It's just all on hold again, since I'm out of town. But for a laugh, here's a pic cropped out of a much larger pic that I took yesterday morning, and didn't notice the roadsign until I got to the hotel hours later. :p Seems fitting...

HEY, what are you doing in my neck of the woods?
If you have some down time, check out Edgeworks in Frederick.
Then go take the tour of the Flying Dog factory!

The plains first...

Small righty BG-42, excellent condition. A recent addition to my collection, also featured in my Righty-Lefty groupings...

Small lefty BG-42. Also excellent condition, and also a recent addition.

Small righty SV-30. A nice little knife, gently used by me. This one is just the knife, no docs, smooth as can be. Think this one

will be on the next train to the mothership and then off to a loving home.

I don't know why either, but agree that the best mammoth by far seem to be on the smalls. How I wish one of my 2 newbies was a large. With the matching birthdates would be so cool!

Is that Small Regular S30V (right handed) for sale? curious... :D

I was there from Thursday morning to Sunday night. Work related Thursday and Friday, CFA cat show over the weekend. Thursday's work even got rescheduled to Friday after I was already there, so I decided to go see the O's play. Unfortunately, they were on a road trip. So I had to settle for seeing the Nats...

On to the cat show, my girl did pretty well....

Now back to the knives! I'll be posting the CGG group pics in the next day or so. :D

Nice seats! That park looks tiny compared to Camden Yards, though.
Congrats to your cat.

4th row! The park isn't tiny at all, just the perspective in that pic makes it seem that way.

I finally have my inventory sheet mostly complete, except for not knowing the birthdates of 3 of 5 the Sebs I have in another state. At the moment I have 87 CRKS, having sold off 4 in the past couple weeks. That number is going to go down even more, but not today. ;) I sorted the spreadsheet by birthdates, and see that my CRK collection spans 19 years.

Wow... you probably have more CRKs than any dealer nationwide... :)

A rather interesting bit of information just came my way. I sent this one back to the mothership to inquire about re-anodizing, and Angela and I traded a few emails about it. In the conversation she told me who did the graphics. Turned out it was Scott Cook. That ended any contemplating of redoing the color!

I'm hoping I'm right about your cats......Siamese?? My absolute favorite breed......most people hate their conversational tone, but I love it!! I also love your collection......stunning would be an understatement.

Yes, she is Siamese, if you please. She is also Siamese if you don't please! :D

She has the textbook Siamese personality in the she's very human oriented, she plays fetch, and very inquisitive. She's smart, even smarter than usual for her breed. She walks on a leash, and not just me following her. She talks, but not loud or excessively. She also has an impressive pedigree and has been doing pretty well at shows. And thank you, I love her to no end!

Thank you!! My father had numerous Siamese when we were growing up and I distinctly recall him walking one specific Siamese on a lease and having her sit on his shoulder......I would agree they are the perfect "human" cat breed if there ever was one. Yours is just beautiful.....I see why she is the apple of your eye and the apple of the judges eye as well. Congrats on some beautiful children......I have two New Hampshire rescues that go with my pure-bred Bernese Mountain Dogs.......a home in chaos if there ever was one......take care!!

My other cat is a 12 year old rotten rescue. :D

And I'm glad you're enjoying the collection!

It's official, I own 100 CRK's. Exactly 100, no more, no less. Not counting an Inbound, though. ;) I've also sold or traded away roughly that same number, but this is the first time I've had 100 in my possession. Here's almost all of them, just missing a couple set aside to go to the mothership, and P68, which is stowed in my safe. The 2 on top of the box are my 2 EDC's, the ones on the floor are a large mmmoth bark and a righty-lefty pair of BG-42 Regulars.
