Should I get Manix or Benchmade Rukus?

I really like both knives, the Rukus(I really like the low profile clip) is cool, but has an opening stud. I am use to a Spydie hole for my openings. I have tried folders with studs(705D2, 940) but I just couldn't get use to the stud. Spydie hole for me, so I am going to say the Manix, or the new Chinook II(with flat ground blade).
Let us know what you decide.

Blades

I have both.

They are great, great knives.

I have to give the edge to the Rukus though. The action is smoother, longer blade and there is no blade movement at all once locked. It's bigger too, but surprisingly prints less in the pocket.

The downside to the Rukus is that it's over the 4 inch blade carry limit where I live. It would also classify as a gravity knife, due to it's ability to drop open when the axis is disengaged. If these are issues for you too, go with the Manix.

Either way, you won't be disappointed.

There both nice knives but, im with "Blades" on this one, the spydie hole is much nicer than having stud's. Im alway's grabbing my Manix over my Benchmade knives.
Plus I put my Manix though Hell and still in Tip Top condition.

I have both and would have to give the Manix my vote. The Rukus is a solid knife but the Manix feels better in my hand. To tell you the truth, I have not really even carried the Rukus as the Manix gets more pocket time. Maybe I'll change my mind once I actually USE the Rukus.

I debated between a Manix and a BM Gravitator for a month. I finally bought the Manix and LOVE it. I have an old Benchmade (about 12-14 years old) and I really like the Manix. It's my EDC, along with a Ladybug combo-edge on the keychain. I like the fact that I can adjust it to ride in the left hand pocket tip up. There is no play in the blade at all. The metal to metal fit is perfect. It locks up like a bank vault door.
