Thanks to you all on this forum I just purchased a couple EDC lighters. While they’re on the way to me can you all show me pics of what you carry? Be it a simple Bic to a Zippo to something really cool. Thanks!

The one on the left is my most used
Is butane refillable and makes a good pipe lighter

Not to drift off topic, but what's the nifty little fixed blade next to it?

Identity Knives Barlow, 14C28N cryo treated, slight hollow grind, made in Switzerland. Maker was kind enough to sell me a blank, i did the acid stonewash, cord wrap and a kydex sheath.

He offers them with smoked oak handles and leather scabbard. Included in the package is a niece piece of bacon wrapped in mountain herbs.

These are my two options. :)

The Zippo is a 1930s-style lighter in brass with a butane insert. I like the look and feel of the squared-off case, and the little slashes in the corners give it a bit of texture. At a year old its patina is coming along nicely.

The smaller one is a vintage 1960s Sarome butane lighter which I bought used. It spent a lot of time in someone's pocket, but it works great and I like that it looks like it has some stories to tell. It's compact and lightweight, and the ignition "click" is really satisfying.
