Single blade spearpoints?

Good afternoon gentlemen, I'm in need of some assistance.
I've been trying to find the perfect spearpoint knife with no luck. Single blade, carbon, no half-stops and a stout pull.
The #15 boys knife has everything I'm looking for with the exception of the half-stops. Are there similar, readily available knives out there that fit this description?

I like the looks of an Arthur Wright and Sons but my experience with them has been....less than pleasant.
I suppose I'll grab a #15 if they're still around when funds become available, but I'm interested on seeing what else is out there.

Tough find. Victorinox has a single blade ALOX pioneer, but not carbon steel. Boker has a single blade carbon steel Barlow I am unsure if it has a half stop. To me the 15 is perfect, I have a harness jack 15 I carry most every day. The spear point is my favourite blade shape also. But I have really warmed up to a single blade lamb foot. One of Jack Blacks sfo knives, carbon steel and no half stops. Happy hunting, keep us posted on what you find!

I think you can still find a GEC 56 dog leg if you look around a bit.

The #15 is almost perfect to me, I have a Crown Lifter in Ebony that I really like but don't care for half-stops. I'm still keeping a close eye on the spearpoint ones that are still available.

What about the GEC 56?

There's a single spear blade 56 on the exchange right now, in stag.
Thanks for the suggestions guys, the 56 looks fantastic. Not quite the look I was going for, but now I'm really considering it once I can afford to pick one up. I wouldn't have thought that a spearpoint could look so good on a serpentine frame, but I like it.

It sounds to me as if you are describing the Case Tribal Lock knife. You can get it in CV steel and it is slim, comfortable in hand, and all the ones I've seen are very nicely made. I have one in black delrin.
I believe it is a Tony Bose design, that Case makes. This is mine beside my #44 gunstock, for size comparison.

I've got a knife that matches your description to a tee. This one was modified by Glennbad and started out as a 3 blade Schatt & Morgan Heritage Cattleman knife.

No half stop, spear blade, carbon steel, and stout pull. It's on the Queen 99 frame and I believe there were models made that were just like this one is after its modification. Some were stainless steel but I think they made one with carbon steel too.

You might try a search for "Schatt & Morgan 99 pattern" and see what pops up.

Being a fan of Spears, I'd like to know the answer myself ;) But it seems challenging, most Spears adopt a half-stop, why I don't know but it could be some kind of a tradition?

The 56 single blade is a smooth opener with cam tang but it's all that comes to mind just now. The CASE Tribal lock may not suit everybody as it's a lockback and the scales are very thin, but a good option too.

Single blade Jack Knife built on the #69 frame. Elk slabs and carbon steel. I haven't carried this one for a bit and I can't for the life of me remember if it has a half stop or not. I'm not at home so I can't check right now. Pull is about a 6. I think it's about 3 1/2 inches closed.

Thanks for the pics, the Tribal lock is already on my short list, group at looking knife
Check out the victorinox solo.
Got one, although its stainless and doesn't come in my favorite handle materials its pretty close to what I'm talking about.

Sabot Pradel? Queue de poisson?
What did you call me? :D

I like the looks of the Sabot Pradel, that's right in line with what I'm hunting for, thanks.
Case tribal lock in pocket worn whiskey bone with CV steel. I've been slicing strawberries with mine and it had great patina now!

Seems that everyone loves those tribal spears/locks! They're cheap enough I may go ahead and purchase one.

That looks fantastic, and gives me somewhere to begin my search. That spear looks awesome.

Unless you’re interested only in a slip joint, I’ll throw in another vote for the Case Tribal in CV. Love mine. The thin scales mean it rides very comfortably in a pants pocket.

The #68 White Owl came with a carbon steel spear main blade and no half stops. Its not a single blade knife but it is a single spring knife so it'll be the same thickness/weight in the pocket as a single blade knife.
Not exactly what I was looking for, but that would look good along side my Church hill
