Single Spear Blade Peanut?

Is any company making a single spear blade peanut knife or similar? I have a hankering for a project.

I don't know of anyone making a peanut with a spear point, be it one or two blades.

Rough Rider RR 1679 is called a peanut, with spear/pen blade combo, but it's 3 1/8" long, which is 1/4" longer than "normal" peanuts.

Would the classic Victorinox blade shape work? There are some peanut-ish sized Swiss army knives.

At that small size, either a pen blade or a spey blade acts similar to a spear point or could be modified into something similar.
