This is one of the few "field" manuals I fully endorse. It's not perfect, but is as close as I've found over the years. It's focused more on SERE, but does have some bushcraft skills included along with equipment lists. If you buy one, you might as well buy a few. I have one of the original ones with waterproof paper. The more recent ones are simply paper copies, but still good to have.
