Although my knife buying has slowed a great deal the last year or two, my small fixed blade collection has increased and I’m enjoying a lot of these a great deal.

Here are two Joe Watson Magnis (hands down my favorite small knife) and a Tracker Dan/RMJ Bloodshark. I had always wondered about the handle on the Bloodshark but understand the appeal now.

Here are a Strider WP which has a great grind and a Tops El Pionero. I haven’t carried the Tops much and mostly bought it to support Ed Calderon who was a long time, active member here.

Next we have my latest- a Stroud Bravo 5 which I am enjoying a ton. The blade shape and handle are just 🤌🏼🤌🏼. The tanto is an Unbound Knives Zatoichi which is just a wonderful little brute of a knife.

Lastly in the camp of “I’m gonna cut you sucker” knives is a Joe Watson Pikal and a Winkler/Dynamis Razorback. The Pikal carries so small and light it’s just a great carry blade.

If you like small edc blades, let’s see what you got! 👍🏽👊🏼

Been carrying this one a lot lately. 80CRV2 blade, started to get a little rusty since it's been hot and muggy and I've been sweating, but it's been performing really well so far!

I like that! Tell me more about it!

Started out by tracing the Benchmade Bug out, then the blade slipped while grinding and messed up the pointy tip I had, so I made it into a reverse tanto style blade. Been my package opener, box breaker down, general utility type stuff. Took the 80CRV2 to 62 HRC to see how it performs at that higher hardness. Liking it so far! I carry is cross draw under my belly, so it gets sweaty and nasty and is just starting to show signs of corrosion. I haven't oiled it or anything to see how it holds up. I will prob make up a S90V version of it soon as well.

Coincidence.....
Starting to design smaller stuff, Too

The bottom 2 are showing both configurations of the handle. I'm going to cut and heat treat the blanks with a full four finger grip, but it also designed to be cut down after treating, if the person wants it smaller for a 3 finger carry.
First batch is AEB-L at 64HRC

What is small? Well, to me 3 3/4" is on the cusp of small and "full sized" EDC. So here's the Semi Sumo Jitsu I am wearing on my hip after the scorpnsnake scorpnsnake swiped my MagnaCut spear point knife with Python Micarta scales and green liners and spacers.
