SMALLS (Traditionals only)

I bought this German Volunteer yesterday. It fascinates me because although it is ridiculously tiny at 2.25" closed, somebody used it a lot and it held up.
The MOP is cracked on this side, but the apparent chip must be a shadow in the pic. It isn't on the knife.

Cool! It has a groove down the center similar to the small Argyle MOP I posted earlier... yours makes the second one like that I have ever seen ;)

This I like   Would be one of my favorites too chuko

Have handled a lot of chuko chuko 's knives but the stag on this one is so beautiful in person, so creamy and carmelish if there is such a term. Those pics really don't do that beauty justice.

Tascosas are 3.25" of sweetness. Loving this little ebony longpull, stag one ain't shabby either (thanks Alan). Wonder if folks will revere it in 130 years? Probably ...

Just today I picked up this year 2010 Case 6327 small stockman in pocket worn red bone, and couldn't resist posing it with my pocket worn harvest orange peanut and my Uncle Henry (USA) 807UH J.R. stockman. The blades on the 6327 are a smaller than those on the peanut, but are a bit larger than the ones on the 807UH. I just Luuuuuuuv small knives. :p

My smalls now include a new stag Case Peanut (that looks like mammoth ivory), a 3.1" Hen & Rooster Stockman (elk), the little GEC #14's (a barlow and regular), a one blade S&M #22 (elk and ATS34), and of course the small tinker and Bantam (Vic SAKs). That should hold me a while. Getting more and more interested in Sub-3.5" slippies.

Thanks for the reminder John, I'd forgotten Tascosas are only 3.25", they perform so much larger than their size. It's very likely they will be much revered in the future since they are so greatly appreciated (by those-in-the-know ;):)) even now.

Wow! Congrats on another beautiful Pemberton, Travman... gorgeous cocobolo sir !!!

A couple more 83s; The Tascosas Twins (fraternal of course) ebony/black camel bone
They function smoothly, lock-up solidly and unlock with ease, I'm smitten.

Got this little Henckels congress off the bay the other day. Amazing stag on it. A few edges are lifting up though and one pivot pin has pulled through the bolster a bit causing a little wobble. Also appears that the end of the nail file has broken off. Stag is super thin so I'm scared to epen the scales myself though. Not sure how old it is but it has some honest wear in it

Going to send it to Glenn so he can work his magic. 33 for size reference.
