was at the superstore and saw this for around 38 bucks. 293. labeled on the box as 0293bks4wm-b

notice the pivot setup. no way to adjust other those small notches/u shaped cutouts. zytel or frn type handle on this one. the rest is about the same as the other versions. I'm not an assist fan but when I see one of these walmart exclusives I like to grab it.

anyone else seen one of these yet?

I saw that in the store. They have a 701 or 710 coming out. Looked like a sheep's foot blade.

I like the looks of it, but haven’t seen it in my local store yet. My buddy checked the knives section today and said they have the 110 lite now so maybe this one is there now too.

What happened to our Walmart insider? Always liked reading his updates and insights.
Got in on one of those Compadre sets on close out. Should have bought two because I wanted to take them camping but my son wouldn't let me :(

Never seen these at Walmart, but was there on Friday and saw the 110lt for $20 or something.
I'll have to get an lt at some point for sure now, maybe they'll end up carrying the alumni too.
( I don't really do online shopping )

This is not my kind of knife but it definitely doesn't look too bad, if it was my kind of knife I'd probably have to pick one up.

I carry my 293 Inertia every day, I like it. The assisted open just let's you open the knife with one hand.

There is a considerable amount of flex side to side, though. This can disengage the liner lock. My momentum with aluminum handles has no flex like this. I suppose the lesson is to use strong liners with flexible handles. Still, I can recommend it. Extra fine diamond stone gets it very sharp.

There’s no way to tighten the pivot?

yes. see my pics. same type pivot setup on my wm one as the standard model.

I used a pair of bent 90 degree needle nose type pliers to adjust pivots like this in the past.

What is that blue on the pivot? Loctite?

I've been on here for quite awhile and really just casually read and post sometimes. I honestly thought the "general knife" section was where everything was posted.........I just found this section. (Smh)

That being said I picked one of these up today along with another WM exclusive (780 excert) and on this one my blade is off and it rubs. Anyone else have this issue.
