So where are those HAP 40s at?

There's a retailer that has 'em in for full MSRP. I'm waiting for a review before I bite the bullet anyone have one yet?
 
Whoa sneaky, sneaky, the dealer states there in stock but they haven't even shipped.

Opticsplanet is a no go
 
It's not very magical.

The Endura model is made in Japan, and they only use Japanese made steels.

HAP40 is what we would call M4 over here.

So it's just an Endura with an M4 blade instead of VG-10.

But it's not the same as M4, not really even close. HAP40 has around 8% Cobalt, and M4 has none.

No biggie. I only knew because not having heard of it before and not knowing what the composition was, I had to look up HAP40 last week after visiting the factory store and entering the raffle they have going for one of the each of the new sprint runs coming up in that steel. :D

Thanks for the link, hadn't seen that one before. :thumbup:
